Today the buffalo bills announced that they will be hiring current Offensive Coordinator Joe Brady as their next head coach. He has risen through the organization from quarterbacks coach to offensive coordinator to head coach all since 2022. Most Notably he was OC of the 2019 LSU Tigers and their historic national championship featuring Joe Burrow.
To me this is a preposterous hire. I still do not agree with firing of Sean McDermott but also understand the need for change. This move does not have any change in it, they hired the OC who also failed to make the Super Bowl all these years. This really did feel like a lateral change instead of getting Kubiak or Udinski. I am honestly out of words to express how inept Terry Peguala is at running Sports franchises. The way he runs his businesses publicly makes him look like a buffoon, fracking must not be that hard when you have an idiot make billions and billions of dollars. The entire press conference they had a week ago made him look like a complete joke
Insulted one of the players that is still on your roster and used a valuable pick recently on. To be that mindless and insulted a player on your team is complete and utter failure of leadership.
I would have been fine hiring anyone outside of the organization, but to fire your most successful head coach since Marv Levy to change the culture, to hire within your organization is malpractice and everyone should lose jobs.

To be fair, I haven’t seen a move like this that has drawn universal hate among the fanbase Since they took Josh Allen. Everyone hated it except me.
